Sport Events Involvement - Logistics Management
Since I started my professional career back in 1997 within the field of fairs & event logistics I had been involved in several major Sport Events worldwide. This included logistics coordination from the desk for e.g. Olympic Games as well as being onsite responsible for the Venue logistics at FIFA or UEFA Events. And of course plenty of experience around those events with involved suppliers like Broadcasters, Brand suppliers and onsite working crews.

Coordination and logistics operation for major Athletic events such as Olympic Games, World Games, National Championships which included all logistics operation by land, air and ocean-freight as well as customs clearance at the highest standards
FIFA Worldcup Germany
Venue Logistics Manager
Overall responsibility for the logistics operation for the ConFed Cup & FIFA Worldcup Germany at the Venue Nuremberg (DE) with all involved tasks.
UEFA EURO AT & CH
Venue Logistics Manager
Overall responsibility for the logistics operation at the Venue Klagenfurt (AT) especially for the Fanzone and Traffic buffer area at the local fairgrounds incl. truck access Management and traffic flow for the Fanzone.
UEFA EURO Europe
Venue Delivery and Warehouse Manager
Overall responsibility for the on-site implementation of the event logistics concept in Munich (DE) to the highest standards. This includesd delivery management, installation management and warehousing management.
